Strawberry Fields Forever

The Strawberry fields are actually in La Trinidad, not in Baguio. It is a common mistake to believe so. The closeness of distance of the two places is what gives it off.

Above is what you are going to see outside the plantation. They aren't really planting strawberries exclusively but they include sorts of vegetables and possibly other fruits.

One will find there people who are working to harvest whatever they have planted to be later sold to people visiting the area.  It is possible to go around and pick strawberries yourself but it was raining that day so we opted to back out. Instead, we walked around the vicinity to look at the products they sell.

One of the products one will get their hands on are the strawberry ice creams. They might be freshly made, I am not sure but they sure taste good. Better than those branded ice creams in the supermarkets to be honest. You will also find strawberry taho served here. I do not how it is made for I have not tried it yet. Aside from those there also is Strawberry Crinkles. I have not tried them yet but we bought some. I might try some after dinner.

But of course, what better way to eat those strawberries but fresh as they are with your own combination of whatever flavoring in your way.
